The 5712 has been a stable offering to the Patek Philippe catalogue with variants in Stainless Steel, Rose Gold, White Gold and the discontinued Two-Tone.  With its quirky and asymmetrical dial design, the piece sits somewhat between an Annual Calendar and a Time-Only piece, displaying central time with a sub-seconds at 4 o’clock, a power reserve indicator at 10 o’clock, and a moon phase indicator at 7 o’clock which is surrounded by the date display.
